Mixed-use Skyscraper

The thesis aimed at designing a mixed use high-rise tower pertaining to commercial, business, entertainment and residential purposes that is comfortable, efficient, elegant and primarily fulfills all the needs and wants of the habitants maintaining the concept of a micro-neighborhood. The different functions are zoned such the public spaces are on the lower end of the tower and semi-public and private zones occupy the upper stories. With fascinating views of the Hussain Sagar lake on one end and the old city on the other, the urban green is continued inside the tower with refuge floors doubling up as break-out zones in the out-riggered tube structure.
