Cypress Marketplace

The Cypress Marketplace is injection of a multi-tenant retail and commercial development into an existing vacant lot on a shopping center. Aimed to draw people into the center, the design focusses on a contemporary approach of adopting a texas industrial style in a relatively stagnant architectural typology. A central plaza and walkways across the front on both levels establish a connection of the customers with the spatial design as well as provdie a unified level of attraction and visibility to all the potential tenants.
